John Deere introduced the 184 G-tier compact wheel loaders, the most economical in the line, the 204 G-tier and the 304 G-tier compact loader, the largest in the line.
These three new 184 G-tier, 204 G-tier and 304 G-tier wheel loaders are designed for agricultural, municipal, snow removal, landscaping, landscaping and rental applications. In general, for everyday tasks in urban and rural areas where you do not need more powerful equipment.
According to Deere, these three models of G-series offer optimum performance at lower maintenance costs, also are equipped with a limited slip differential that automatically engages if one wheel loses grip, providing increased safety for operator and machine.
There is also an optional ride control that can be set to engage and disengage at certain speeds. This helps reduce splashing from the bucket when driving over rough terrain and minimizes job site cleanup.
In all G-tier models, the cab design is available with both a canopy and an enclosed cab. The upgraded enclosed cab features a frameless, all-glass door, floor-to-ceiling front windshield and a reinstalled machine display for clear visibility around the machine. Additional features include an adjustable steering column, anti-slip steps and an optional LED lighting package.
“Not only are these machines rugged, but they have simple and intuitive controls that are great for operators of all experience levels, and offer options that increase operator comfort and productivity,” said Luke Gribble, solutions marketing manager, John Deere. Construction.
