Felecia Pryor will take over as senior vice president and director of human resources at Deere & Company, effective Aug. 15.

As learned from insiders, and later Deere & Company made a public announcement on August 1, 2022. That former BorgWarner and Ford Motor Company executive Felecia Pryor will join John Deere’s top management team as senior vice president and director of human resources, effective Aug. 15, 2022.

As John Deere & Company’s Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, Felecia Pryor will be responsible for leading the Human Resources, Human Resources and Labor Relations for all John Deere employees and managing workplace safety. Felicia Pryor will be also responsible for the aviation, brand and communications functions. Felecia Pryor will report directly to John May, CEO, in this position.

Felecia Pryor has nearly two decades of experience in human resources and personnel management. Most recently, she was executive vice president and director of human resources at BorgWarner and Morse. Prior to that, she worked for Ford Motor Company for more than 15 years as Global Human Resources Director, and held management positions at Ford in Thailand and China. She has worked in human resources at various Ford assembly plants around the world, as well as in Ford’s financial services department.
