Under their leadership, the dealership grew significantly, expanding from a few employees to over 20. After Jim Bader’s passing in 2000, Valma and her sons, Paul and Mark Bader, continued to expand the business. Over 33 years, they grew the dealership to 10 stores and service facilities, employing over 250 people. In May 2021, the Bader family sold the dealership to Hutson, Inc., headquartered in Kentucky.
